Cooling Tech Digital Microscope was working with Windows 7 or 8. When my computer was upgrade to Windows 10, then 11. My Digital Microscope would work no more as I tried many tests.

Kim-Lai Dang, microscope is still working, but the software is not .. Viewplaycap is working and later also AMCAP is working after installing this software and drivers.

The tool seems pretty nice, except the snap button isn't working and the instructions are poor.

Cannot get english language software support. Camera appears to function when I take a picture but I cannot focus because the preview mode does not seem to work in Windows 10.
